Our team is looking for a full-time, skilled Client Care Specialist for our growing four doctor small animal practice located near Lancaster, PA.
We practice a very high standard of medicine offering everything from wellness exams to dentistry, soft tissue surgery, radiology, in-house lab, and much more.
We recognize that a positive client experience begins and ends with the Client Care Specialist Team. The right applicant must have excellent communication and telephone skills, a high level of motivation, a team-oriented mentality, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go that extra mile.
Responsibilities include:
Client Greeting and Appointment Scheduling
Payment processing and Entering Client data
Answering and directing calls on multi-line system
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is clean and presentable at all times

Evenings are a must. Must have the ability to carry and lift up to 25 lbs. Experience in the veterinary field is a plus, but not required.
2-3 years of experience preferred.
